Personal Description:

I am a diligent person who is really passionate about teaching. I have been tutoring for eleven plus for the past nine years. My tutees have been successful in grammar schools (Henrietta Barnett, Dame Alice Owen`s, Mill Hill County, The Latymer, Kent and Bexley exams, Parmiter's School, Buckinghamshire grammar schools ) and independent schools (North London Collegiate, Channing school, City of London, St. Albans, Highgate).
Having spent two years teaching my son for 11+(he did well in all the major Grammar and independent schools), I became familiar with the procedures and patterns of exams in various schools. I tutor children according to their target schools to help them perform their best.



Teaching Experience:

I have been tutoring for eleven plus for the past nine years. I tutor children in English, Maths, VR, NVR; KS2 English and Maths and also KS3 maths. I am aware of the style of exams in various grammar and independent schools.



Tutoring Approach:

I plan my lessons according to individual abilities, focusing on weaker areas. I explain a topic with examples, do some questions on that topic and give homework. I discuss any doubts on the previous topic before moving on to the next.
